Tania and I became regulars at Vita in South Beach during the season. The restaurant is located on 19th and Collins and is right across the street from Mynt. The ambiance is fun and lively and the food is really, really good. We usually sit in the outdoor courtyard and enjoy the beautiful tropical nights Miami offers.
Well, scratch that. The outdoor courtyard is beautiful when it’s a nice night. We have been there a few times when it started to rain but the staff quickly came to the rescue. They moved us inside and the night was saved. Read the rest of this entry »
